Lead product marketing as the first dedicated PMM: craft positioning and messaging, run product launches end-to-end, build sales enablement, develop ICP personas for AI-native and enterprise segments, own competitive intelligence, and embed GTM into product planning. Collaborate with founders, product, sales, DevRel, and Demand Gen to measure and iterate on marketing outcomes.

Develop and execute strategic internal and external communications including webinars, newsletters, blogs, press materials, and participant-facing content. Partner cross-functionally to support brand, growth, center openings, and community engagement while ensuring health-literate, culturally sensitive materials. Manage editorial calendars, content production, and distribution across digital and traditional channels.

Lead development and execution of a middle-market contract surety go-to-market strategy. Build and manage an underwriting team and portfolio, draft underwriting criteria, ensure portfolio stays within appetite, collaborate with brokers and customers, maintain compliance and documentation, and monitor competitive landscape.

Serve as HR business partner for a business unit, driving employee engagement, workforce strategy, succession planning, DEI initiatives, employee relations, change management, and talent management. Coach local People Practices Advisors, align with Centers of Excellence, use people metrics for decisions, and support inclusive hiring and team effectiveness. Requires on-site presence and travel to project sites.

Build and ship AI-enabled coaching product features from 0-to-1; design application capabilities on top of foundational models; translate coaching workflows into AI agents; build data pipelines and integrations; and educate the team on data and AI best practices.
