The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for rotorcraft, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, provide technical support, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Manage all sales activities for Water & Power customers across CA and HI. Build and maintain relationships with end users, consultants, contractors and channel partners. Design and execute CRM and email marketing strategy for a major sports event client. Lead audience segmentation, propensity targeting, campaign creation, personalization, deliverability, project management, analytics-driven optimization, and support event activations and ad hoc ticket marketing.

Support media planning, campaign execution, billing reconciliation, and reporting. Assist with media plans, schedule inputs in SBMS, ad trafficking coordination, delivery tracking, and post-campaign reconciliation while learning Horizon tools and industry practices.

Provide litigation technology support for e-discovery and case teams: create and maintain databases, process and load electronic discovery, troubleshoot software and data issues, verify data integrity, prepare data for review, perform iPhone collections, assist Case Managers with project planning and quality control, participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.

Lead account strategy for major national customers, owning senior relationships and P&L. Set pricing, promotions, forecasting and demand planning. Drive execution across cross-functional teams, develop account teams, and deliver large-scale retail growth and profitability.

Provide friendly, prompt customer service and drive sales by greeting customers, sharing product knowledge, promoting promotions, operating the register, restocking and organizing merchandise, resolving customer issues, and supporting store goals and management.

Manage day-to-day financial operations for a roster of music and touring clients, including cash management, bookkeeping oversight, tax coordination, payroll, tour and royalty reconciliation, and client communication. Supervise and train associates, prepare client financial presentations, and serve as primary liaison between clients and the tax team.
