Leads the design, development, configuration, integration, administration, upgrades, and support of the Archer GRC platform. Develop modern C++ flight-autonomy software for supersonic unmanned aircraft, including guidance, navigation, control loops, mission autonomy, sensor integration, and vehicle decision-making. Integrate capabilities with aircraft, command-and-control, communications, and operator systems. Build testing and simulation tools, diagnose cross-functional issues, and support software-, hardware-, ground-, and flight-testing while owning technical problems through operational deployment.

Manage California workers’ compensation claims across the full lifecycle, including coverage and compensability determinations, investigation, reserving, litigation management, negotiation, settlement, and resolution. Direct defense counsel, independent adjusters, and other third parties while ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate documentation, timely claims handling, and effective service to business partners, claimants, and counsel.

Manages moderately complex workers’ compensation claims, including high-exposure and litigated cases. Investigates claim validity, determines benefits, coordinates medical treatment, reviews bills, manages reserves and recoveries, prepares statutory filings, and negotiates settlements with outside counsel. The role handles claims across multiple state jurisdictions while ensuring compliance with workers’ compensation laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. It requires regular in-office attendance four days per week.

Reviews retail and institutional communications, sales materials, prospectuses, websites, and investment product filings for compliance with FINRA, SEC, MSRB, and SIPC advertising regulations. Provides written compliance comments and required revisions, responds to inquiries, assists investigations, tracks regulatory changes, supports outreach initiatives, and performs special projects. Requires strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills, finance and securities knowledge, and familiarity with broker-dealer marketing practices.
