Freelance Insights Manager delivering social listening, audience research, and data analysis across client accounts. Design, build, and operate backend services and APIs for production systems; support deployments (including on-prem and TS/SCI environments); debug integrations; contribute full-stack features as needed; travel occasionally for customer integrations; improve system reliability and performance.

Conduct SOX and HIPAA IT audits, evaluate controls, recommend remediation for compliance, and collaborate with teams. Role requires UNIX experience and understanding of financial applications.

Manage all workers' compensation claims for a multi-state organization, overseeing relationships with TPAs, claim adjusters, defense counsel and insurance vendors. Drive continuous improvement, perform detailed claim analysis, and maintain strong organization, communication and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office).
