Manage insurance defense litigation from intake through resolution: draft pleadings and motions, handle discovery, take and defend depositions, attend hearings/mediations/arbitrations, evaluate liability and damages, and prepare matters for settlement, trial, or appeal while reporting to clients.

Handle warm demo appointments handed to you, quickly build rapport with small-business owners, overcome objections, close sales (including collecting payment upfront), meet weekly close targets in a high-velocity transactional motion, and help refine the sales playbook.
