Owns RTB House’s performance media measurement strategy across products. Responsibilities include defining measurement taxonomies, evaluating attribution, incrementality, MMM, and MTA methodologies, managing third-party measurement partners, developing testing playbooks, piloting identity and measurement approaches, translating insights into market-facing messaging, and training commercial teams. Manages and develops collections staff, establishes SOPs and service levels, partners with Legal, Accounting, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, and drives automation and upstream process improvements to reduce exposure.

Create and maintain technical knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, decision trees, and training materials to improve support case resolution. Partner with SMEs, analyze case trends, capture repeatable troubleshooting workflows, maintain content quality, and prioritize a backlog of enablement requests to enhance Support efficiency and escalation accuracy.

Build and scale Go backend services for agent quoting, configuration, and application submission. Partner with adjacent teams, resolve partner-specific edge cases, provide architectural leadership, write unit and integration tests, review code, and promote automation, CI/CD, and continuous improvement. The role expects daily use of AI coding tools and ownership of services across distributed systems and microservices environments.

Own and grow enterprise accounts by prospecting, building pipeline, and closing new business. Consult senior executives, develop partnership strategies, exceed revenue targets, and provide market feedback to improve product-market fit.

Own revenue enablement programs and systems supporting Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success. Build playbooks, competitive resources, training, and product-launch enablement; maintain the enablement technology stack and AI Hub; measure adoption and field adherence; and connect enablement activities to win rate, sales cycle length, expansion, time-to-value, and churn outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and leadership to deliver data-driven recommendations.
