Sell PVF and related products across an assigned territory by generating new business, growing existing accounts, negotiating margins, delivering consultative presentations, supporting proposals and contracts, coordinating with branch, supply chain and national accounts, managing order administration, and ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Lead business development and manage engineering consulting projects from proposal through delivery. Build client relationships, assemble and guide technical teams, oversee project performance, budget, invoicing, and quality assurance. Deliver presentations, track industry innovations, and ensure on-time, high-quality results while meeting financial targets and client expectations.

Manage and develop structural BIM models and drawings, collaborate with engineers to update Revit data and schedules, guide junior BIM staff, produce CAD deliverables, implement firmwide BIM and graphic standards, and identify workflow improvements. May use Tekla, Navisworks, Rhino, Grasshopper and Dynamo as needed.

Deliver live presentations and client education, manage client logins and Salesforce pipeline, track renewals and usage reporting, run CRM and Excel reports, liaise with marketing, schedule and execute client outreach, take detailed notes and follow up on action items, and provide proactive client support to grow adoption of APM Music services.

Manage briefing, timelines, production workflows, and delivery of digital video and design assets for a social/entertainment account. Lead cross-discipline teams, coordinate with clients and external partners, manage budgets, POs, invoices, and ensure project financial health. Hybrid role based in Los Angeles with weekly in-person client attendance.
