Lead the technical aspects of enterprise sales for an AI-powered mortgage loan origination platform. Responsibilities include conducting technical discovery, understanding prospect architecture and workflows, delivering tailored product demonstrations, addressing technical objections, influencing deal strategy, supporting enterprise deal closure, and sharing customer feedback with product teams. The role partners closely with Sales and helps build Vesta’s go-to-market motion and company culture.

Lead medium-sized electrification service projects from planning through closeout. Manage project teams, resources, schedules, financials, risks, opportunities, contracted deliverables, customer acceptance, and compliance with procedures, safety standards, regulations, and specifications. Support digital transformation, operational excellence, change management, and workforce development initiatives in a remote role requiring travel across the United States and Canada.

Own strategic relationships, business outcomes, renewals, upsells, and long-term growth for enterprise SaaS clients. Lead executive engagement, success planning, roadmap development, AI-informed marketing strategy, escalations, competitive positioning, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as the senior client advocate while Solutions teams manage technical execution. The role requires frequent in-person client visits in New York City.

Own the architecture and hands-on implementation of an enterprise Windows endpoint platform using Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities include device provisioning, configuration and compliance policies, application packaging, remediation, performance baselines, driver management, documentation, and support-team training.
