Execute territory sales plan across Southern California, Arizona, and New Mexico to grow revenue. Maintain and expand customer base, build relationships, manage prospect pipeline, prepare quotes/proposals, troubleshoot quality/service issues, recommend shipping/raw material solutions, and represent company initiatives and brand.

Perform economic damages analysis for litigation matters (wrongful termination, discrimination, wage/hour, personal injury, wrongful death). Clean, structure, and analyze data; build damages models and visualizations in Excel; manage and review case documents; research public data sources; support report and exhibit preparation; and ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and documentation of all deliverables.

Lead Pirros' revenue strategy and sales organization to scale new customer acquisition and ARR. Build repeatable sales processes, coach and manage the sales and BD teams, own forecasting, pipeline, deal execution and strategic accounts, and partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to drive growth and expansion.

Serve as the technical partner in sales: run discovery, technical demos, and pilots; map Flow to customers' engineering workflows; answer technical and security questions; build proofs of concept; and coordinate handoffs to product, engineering, and deployment teams.

Perform outside field sales of millimeter-wave wireless internet to SMBs, MDUs and residential customers within assigned territories. Prospect and meet business owners and property managers, build rapport, close sales quickly, and meet weekly and monthly targets while working flexible hours and using a personal vehicle.
