Provide high-level
administrative and operational support to senior leaders and cross-functional
teams within Process Development. Manage calendars, meetings, communications,
onboarding/offboarding, and administrative processes to keep team operations running
efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage
complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses for senior leaders.
- Coordinate
leadership meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-ups.
- Support
presentations, team communications, announcements, and events.
- Coordinate
employee/contractor onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and organizational
changes.
- Maintain
org charts, distribution lists, SharePoint repositories, and
administrative records.
- Support
cross-functional meetings, leadership reviews, all-hands, and special
projects.
- Act
as a liaison between leaders, employees, contractors, and business
partners.
- Improve
administrative processes, tools, and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience
supporting senior executives, directors, or leadership teams.
- Strong
organization, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency
with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability
to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information, and work
in a fast-paced environment.
