Lead and scale provider recruiting by developing strategy, optimizing recruiting operations and systems (ATS, sourcing), managing vendor relationships, building reporting and workforce analytics, partnering with clinical and operational leaders, and driving continuous improvement to reduce time-to-fill and improve hire quality.

Conduct weekly customer discovery, iterate messaging with Product and Sales, and use AI tools to accelerate content and measurement. Start as a solo founding PMM, build artifacts that drive revenue, and scale the team only when metrics justify hires.

Source and qualify leads via cold outreach, inbound chat, and social channels; book meetings for Account Executives; manage pipeline in HubSpot; use AI tools to prioritize accounts and draft outreach; collaborate cross-functionally to drive demand generation.
