Own Arcadia’s revenue operating system, including Salesforce, forecasting, pricing, SKUs, quote-to-cash, KPI frameworks, sales compensation, and AI-powered reporting. Lead the evaluation and roadmap of the revenue technology stack while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Tech. Build scalable processes, improve forecast accuracy, analyze pipeline and sales efficiency, and drive predictable growth in a high-growth SaaS environment.

Responsibilities include experimenting with neural network architectures, designing computer vision solutions, conducting statistical experiments, deploying successful models, collaborating with data, modeling, and cloud infrastructure teams, and improving ML infrastructure.

Serve as a strategic advisor to physician and healthcare practice owners on accounting, tax, financial performance, profitability, compensation, cash flow, and operational strategy. Build executive client relationships, mentor internal teams, support growth and scalable advisory processes, and participate in business development and proposals.

Partner with account executives in enterprise pre-sales by addressing technical requirements, delivering customized demonstrations, building UAT environments, managing proof-of-concept exercises, conducting architecture and security reviews, and scoping solutions for implementation handoff. The role requires collaborating across sales, product, engineering, and professional services while supporting fintech and banking customers with identity, fraud, credit, and compliance solutions.

Provide technical customer support for Moov’s SDKs, APIs, and integrations through email, Slack, web forms, and in-app channels. Troubleshoot frontend and API issues, create proof-of-concept implementations, guide customers through best practices, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Writing teams. Analyze recurring issues, improve documentation and internal tooling, and help enhance customer satisfaction and resolution times.

Process high-volume loan applications while meeting quality and compliance standards. Respond to inbound customer calls, make outbound verification calls, request additional information, resolve issues through phone, email, or fax, and maintain accurate customer account records. The role includes a three-week training program and requires strong communication, empathy, multitasking, adaptability, comfort with technology, and success in a remote work environment.

Lead Salesforce and billing platform engineering with an emphasis on AI-driven automation. Build scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, Flow, LWC), pilot LLM/agent workflows, modernize CI/CD and test automation, support Quote-to-Cash and billing processes, collaborate across product and finance, drive technical debt reduction, and mentor junior engineers.

Design and deploy machine learning models for financial document processing, optimize large language models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide junior peers in a fast-paced environment.
