The Senior Technical Recruiter will source, engage, and close elite research engineering and AI talent. Responsibilities include mapping passive talent across academia, research labs, startups, GitHub, arXiv, and OpenReview; building proactive pipelines; assessing technical relevance; partnering with research and executive leaders; and developing customized closing strategies for highly contested offers. Lead Unity architecture and build persistent, multi-user spatial systems for mobile and wearables. Design spatial persistence, synchronization, AI-assisted content pipelines, and define long-term platform direction as a founding technical contributor.
