Build and operate Leap’s post-sale client delivery engine. Responsibilities include designing scalable delivery processes, forecasting activation, savings, and revenue, automating client reporting with AI, defining analytics requirements, measuring lifecycle campaigns, supporting drug sourcing strategy, and identifying opportunities for client engagement and account expansion. The role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Pharmacy, and Growth Strategy teams.

Build end-to-end features across frontend and backend using React/TypeScript and Node.js (some legacy Go). Collaborate with design, ship via continuous deployment, debug and monitor production, use AI coding tools, and make product and technical decisions while owning delivered features.

Analyzes RFx requirements, develops strategies and win themes, writes and edits persuasive content, coordinates SMEs and pursuit teams, creates graphics, manages submissions, maintains content libraries, and supports presentations and customer communications. Reviews outcomes and lessons learned to improve proposal quality and win rates while managing multiple deadlines.

Own product direction for an enterprise AI platform, including requirements, roadmap, acceptance criteria, scope, and stage-gate processes. Translate customer and stakeholder needs into prioritized, testable requirements; manage trade-offs among value, velocity, leverage, and technical risk; and partner with engineering on delivery decisions. Recruit design partners, validate customer needs, document decisions, communicate with executives and clients, and maintain disciplined delivery across multiple product teams.

The Open Source Engineer will expand LanceDB's integration with big data systems, manage dataset operations, and enhance open-source community efforts.

Design and build a scalable Internal Developer Platform (IDP) using Kubernetes and cloud-native services, improve CI/CD and DX, enforce platform governance and security, lead MLOps/LLM infrastructure, mentor engineers, and align platform roadmap with product goals.

Leads cross-functional teams, manages forecasts and budgets, develops strategic account plans using Miller Heiman methodology, oversees marketing optimization and complex launches, conducts business reviews, and drives renewals, expansions, profitability, and long-term partner value.
