The BizOps Lead will advise the CEO, manage strategic initiatives, coordinate programs, prepare communications for stakeholders, and lead special projects.

Develop, test, debug, and maintain game software for console, PC, and mobile platforms. Collaborate with artists, designers, and engineers to define and implement features, deliver systems to specification, provide ongoing technical support, and balance scope, quality, and development pace.

Creates user stories, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and backlog documentation; analyzes APIs and SQL; researches existing functionality; supports testing and UAT; and improves documentation and delivery practices. The role also promotes AI adoption, mentors colleagues, and applies regulated-environment experience to ensure traceability and quality.

Cultivate enterprise software opportunities by understanding customer requirements, designing solution architectures, delivering product demonstrations, developing proofs of concept, and overcoming technical obstacles during the sales cycle. Manage technical account strategy, proposals, follow-up, and deal signoff while collaborating with sales, product management, engineering, and executives. Provide product feedback and communicate technical value as business value.

Lead the organization’s AI strategy, architecture, and adoption across a customer-facing insurance platform. Design scalable production AI, LLM, and agentic systems; establish LLMOps, evaluation, observability, governance, and security standards; guide build-versus-buy decisions; and champion AI-assisted development. Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to redesign enterprise processes around AI while maintaining deterministic, auditable controls for policy, financial, and compliance workflows.

Lead strategic SaaS and SmartLife sales across regional communication service provider accounts. Manage complex, end-to-end sales cycles; engage executives; conduct discovery, demonstrations, and account planning; identify strategic opportunities; develop territory plans; and collaborate with solution specialists, engineering, customer success, and account teams. Provide market feedback on product development and pricing while supporting sales enablement and field training initiatives.

Own Buildkite’s sales enablement strategy, systems, content, onboarding, training, certification, and measurement programs. Connect enablement initiatives to seller ramp, pipeline, performance, and revenue outcomes. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Brand to launch products and GTM motions, improve tools and processes, coach Account Executives, and establish scalable enablement practices.

Facilitates Scrum and Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages backlog collaboration, coaches cross-functional software teams, supports PI Planning, resolves conflicts, and drives continuous process improvement with stakeholders and senior leadership.
