Independent 1099 sales reps build and manage a local territory of independent retailers in Los Angeles. Responsibilities include cold outreach, face-to-face pitching, onboarding clients via a mobile app, driving repeat orders, and growing account volume using self-directed sales strategies and territory management.

Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Manage and grow Priceline/Agoda hotel partnerships by negotiating contracts, onboarding hotels, analyzing performance and market trends, troubleshooting rate/availability issues, and collaborating internally to optimize pricing, content, and revenue for assigned portfolios.

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts, follow up on leads, identify customer needs, create new sales opportunities, conduct professional sales calls, and reduce company sales attrition. Reports to the Region Sales Manager and participates in team-based sales goals and incentives.

Lead and manage electrical design for building projects, perform site assessments, produce calculations and specifications to code, mentor staff, coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams, implement quality control, support energy-efficient design goals, and provide technical field resolution with limited senior support.

Develop and evaluate machine learning models, reproducible data pipelines, and proof-of-concept tools for NASA research projects. Translate ambiguous technical needs into ML tasks, define validation methods, analyze uncertainty and errors, and document results. Projects may involve predictive analytics, digital twins, time series, anomaly detection, NLP, computer vision, automation, and decision support. The role also supports trustworthy ML practices, technical demonstrations, and transition of prototypes to NASA mentor teams.

Serve as an internal investment specialist co-owning a territory with an SVP to build advisor relationships, conduct inbound/outbound calls, host virtual meetings, qualify and advance advisor opportunities across DST, QOZ, and developmental real estate strategies, maintain CRM and territory cadence, prepare materials and SVPs for field visits, and support compliance and client service as needed.

Drives labor productivity, inventory control, and continuous improvement across warehouse facilities. Develops engineered labor standards, performance incentives, dashboards, project scopes, scheduling tools, and corrective actions. Trains operations teams, audits site performance, evaluates material-handling technology, supports change management, and improves processes and cost efficiency. Requires extensive travel and collaboration with cross-functional distribution and logistics teams.
