The Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, support capital markets activities, and drive data-driven decision-making using AI.

Design and validate high-speed mixed-signal digital communication systems and multilayer PCBs. Perform schematic capture, oversee PCB layout, prototype bring-up, lab and field testing, collaborate across RF/antenna/FPGA/firmware teams, and transition designs to production.

Drive enterprise software revenue by prospecting, closing, and expanding accounts. Build long-term pipeline, meet license/support/service targets, orchestrate complex multi-stakeholder deals, leverage channels, position machine learning and predictive analytics, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer value.

Support accounting for multiple nonprofit programs including reconciliations, full-cycle accounting, journal entries, financial reporting, audits, IRS Form 990s, and compliance. Collaborate with program staff, maintain internal controls, and provide backup across Financial Services.

Combine video post-production (editing, color correction, audio mixing, graphics, final delivery) with field service delivery for managed document services. Serve as customer liaison, manage MPS fleet operations, asset tracking, AMR meter reads, vendor coordination, and SLA reporting. Work with IT, sales, and leadership to optimize processes, implement solutions, and provide training and reporting.

Provide litigation support including intake, docketing, calendaring, legal holds, discovery preparation and document collection; draft legal correspondence; manage large volumes of matters and stakeholder engagement; support compliance (HR, privacy, government affairs); assist attorneys with franchising and corporate transactional document production, due diligence, and corporate governance tasks; track and report matter data.

Support accounting operations for trust accounts and student financials: post cash receipts and deposits, prepare Title IV checks, reconcile trust accounts, maintain monthly statements and campus audit visits, assist Controller/CFO with month-end close and related projects.

Drive evaluation, piloting, and deployment of AI-enabled tools and automated workflows for legal practice areas. Partner with attorneys, practice leaders, tech teams, and vendors to design solutions, lead pilots, support rollout and change management, create training/materials, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and adoption.

Part-time Accounts Payable Assistant supporting invoice processing, weekly check runs/e-payments, vendor communication, reconciliations, data entry in accounting software, and AP administrative tasks including timecard/PTO review.
