Manage biweekly/semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff, administer leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, state/local laws, workers' comp), ensure multi-state payroll and healthcare compliance, partner with People, Finance and third-party vendors, handle payroll inquiries, and support audits and process improvements.
