Lead a small analytics team (staff data scientist + two analysts) to deliver curriculum, product, and program insights. Lead customer lifecycle activities for Americas customers — onboarding, adoption, training, renewals, and expansions. Hunt and close new enterprise accounts (1000+ employees) in the Northeastern US. Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to close, deliver demos and tailored proposals, collaborate with marketing/sales engineering/product, expand existing customers, and travel periodically. Hybrid role (3 days/week in Boston or NYC).
