Why This Role Matters
We're deploying AI-powered robots that are transforming how businesses acquire and serve customers. Our robots deliver 5x sales increases and 10x reduction in customer acquisition costs. We've proven the model. Now we need someone to scale deployments from 10 to 100+ locations monthly.
You'll own the moment of truth - when a business transforms from traditional operations to AI-powered customer acquisition. You're not installing machines; you're implementing the future of how businesses operate. Think of yourself as the person who helped businesses actually use their first PCs, not just own them.
Every deployment is a $250K+ annual revenue stream. Your job is to make Day 1 so successful that Day 30 becomes a 10-location expansion.
- Deploy 20+ robots monthly across retail stores, hotels, and trade shows
- Travel 50-75% (Mon-Thu, home weekends)
- Turn skeptical store managers into champions on Day 1
- Work with engineers but own the business outcome
- Create the playbook for deploying at Walmart, Marriott, CES
- Ensure every robot generates ROI within 30 days
- Transform pilot programs into chain-wide rollouts
- You've rolled out technology that changed how businesses operate
- You know the difference between installation and transformation
- You can manage a stressed Fortune 500 client at 6am in their flagship store
- You've done chain-wide rollouts (50+ locations)
- You see travel as freedom, not burden
- You can translate between engineers and executives
- You know that Week 1 determines Month 12
Month 1: Deploy your first 5-unit rollout successfully Month 3: Own 50+ live deployments, 95% satisfaction Month 6: 100+ robots deployed, expansion at every account
This isn't remote work. You'll be in stores at 5am, hotels at midnight, convention centers on weekends. But you'll also be the person who transformed how Target handles customers or how Marriott delivers service. Real impact, real travel, real equity in the outcome.
$150-170K base + up to $50K performance bonus Meaningful equity in a profitable, growing company All travel expenses + keep all travel points/status Work from anywhere when not deploying
Sales sells the vision. You deliver the transformation. Every successful deployment doesn't just generate revenue - it proves that AI robots are the future of business operations. You're not managing installations; you're launching the future at every location.
We're profitable, funded by our own revenue, and growing fast. If you want to be on the ground transforming how America's biggest companies operate, let's talk.
To Apply: Tell us about the most complex rollout you've managed. We want to hear about the 3am crisis you solved, the impossible timeline you hit, or the hostile location you turned into a success story. Include your phone number. We'll call within 24 hours.
