The Business Development Representative will engage qualified prospects, set meetings for Account Executives, and collaborate with marketing strategies while maintaining records in HubSpot.

Writes and edits B2B marketing content for web, email, advertising, print, social media, video, presentations, landing pages, and campaigns. Develops thought leadership articles, customer case studies, technical content, ad copy, and award submissions. Collaborates with marketing, design, social, engineering, sales, and analytics teams to maintain brand voice, optimize content for SEO and conversion, and improve performance.

Build and ship end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and agent-driven workflows; design scalable architectures; improve developer velocity, tooling, and product quality; apply AI-native engineering practices; collaborate on core product experience and execute high-leverage work with strong ownership.

Provide timely technical support for Belfry’s payroll, accounting, and workforce management platform. Manage inbound tickets, troubleshoot issues within SLAs, train customers, maintain knowledge resources, escalate critical problems, identify trends, and communicate feedback to product and cross-functional teams. The role also supports process improvement, customer retention, advocacy, and expansion while handling complex customer situations with empathy and strong organization.

Organize and curate large volumes of raw information: extract key points from transcripts, maintain clean spreadsheets, curate links/resources, tag and categorize content, and follow or propose systems for information structure. Part-time remote role with initial 10 hours/week and potential to grow.

Develop and maintain MCP tools and the MCP Toolbox for Databases; expand test coverage for agentic coding assistants; refactor and maintain test frameworks; convert technical posts into production-ready sample code and documentation; build real-world data applications (QueryData) to support product R&D and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate agentic AI adoption.

Architect and refine scalable cloud infrastructure software for enterprise and internet-scale environments. Responsibilities include developing robust software, designing systems supporting 1,000+ nodes, optimizing performance, and collaborating with distributed technical teams in agile environments.

Guide new clients through software implementation, including kickoff meetings, project planning, platform configuration, data coordination, training, launch support, and early adoption. Manage timelines, milestones, documentation, and risks while coordinating clients and internal teams. Conduct post-launch health reviews, identify adoption barriers, create scalable onboarding resources, and improve implementation processes. Support client events, feedback collection, renewals, and expansion through successful implementation outcomes.

Conduct rigorous business, financial, operational, market, and performance analyses; build sophisticated models; identify strategic insights; and translate findings into recommendations and executive-ready materials for senior leadership, the Board, and investors. Partner with the CSO and cross-functional leaders on ambiguous strategic questions, market sizing, growth scenarios, partnerships, and strategic planning.

Own and negotiate Firecrawl’s commercial agreements, including enterprise contracts, data licenses, vendor agreements, NDAs, and partnerships. Advise sales, business development, product, and engineering on data rights, privacy, security, intellectual property, indemnification, and liability. Build legal templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and approval processes while supporting compliance initiatives. Operate autonomously, escalate novel issues appropriately, and provide practical business-focused legal guidance in a fast-moving AI infrastructure company.
