Manage insurance defense litigation from discovery through trial, including case strategy, court appearances, depositions, motion practice, mediations, client communication, and trial preparation. The attorney will independently manage a caseload, develop client relationships, collaborate with legal teams, mentor junior attorneys, and pursue increasing leadership responsibility within a primarily remote Los Angeles practice.
