Lead and manage the campus Career Services department to achieve student placement goals, develop employer and alumni relationships, oversee externship-to-hire strategies, train and mentor staff, manage budgets and metrics, ensure compliance with regulations, and deliver professional development services supporting student career outcomes.

As a Visitor Experience Associate, you will greet visitors, provide information, perform sales transactions, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Coordinate full truckload (FTL) transportation operations, manage carrier and customer relationships, negotiate freight rates, monitor shipments and resolve issues, collaborate cross-functionally, supervise team members, support process improvement and reporting, and handle administrative tasks as assigned.

Perform credit analysis for businesses and individuals, including financial statement, tax return, and cash flow analysis. Prepare clear Report of Credit Extended (RCE), review credit files for completeness, evaluate credit requests, refer non-standard requests, collaborate with branch and credit management, and assist/train junior credit officers.

Manage a retained law firm relationship to ensure high-quality, efficient litigation and client service. Supervise, train, and coach attorneys; enforce ProLaw case management and reporting; monitor staffing, inventory, budgets, and performance metrics; drive business development and relationship-building with Claims and Underwriting; implement OKRs and continuous improvement to meet quality and financial goals.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close per US GAAP. Own journal entries, reconciliations, inventory accounting, product costing, and financial reporting. Reconcile NetSuite with warehouses/3PLs, resolve system/data issues, support audits/tax/cash management, and partner with Supply Chain, Commercial, and FP&A to improve margin accuracy. Manage and develop a small accounting team and enhance accounting processes and NetSuite transaction flows.

Process, code, audit, and enter vendor invoices and credit card purchases in QuickBooks; prioritize payments, obtain approvals, issue checks and online payments; reconcile Ctuit and vendor statements; obtain W-9s and vendor rebates; respond to vendor inquiries; maintain documentation; assist with period/year-end closings and other projects.

Test and validate mortgage software by writing and executing manual and API test cases, logging defects in Jira, running SQL/MV queries, reviewing logs (Graylog, Sentry), and performing after-hours production validation as needed.
