Build and maintain Rocket Money’s Autopilot banking and investment systems. Responsibilities include developing React interfaces and Node.js/GraphQL backends, making architecture decisions, collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendor integrations, improving observability and performance, and owning the technology lifecycle from planning through production maintenance.

Develop and execute channel strategies for education reseller partners across an assigned territory. Onboard and engage suppliers in public procurement programs, guide them through participation, and help promote awarded contracts to government agencies. Represent SOVRA at conferences and trade shows with travel of up to 25%.

Build and operate AI agent systems with customer engineering teams, helping move prototypes into reliable production systems. Design agents, improve evaluations, monitoring, scaling, and reliability, and train customers on the Mastra framework. Translate recurring customer challenges into open-source framework improvements, fix performance issues, ship new primitives, improve code quality, and influence the product roadmap through production insights.
