Lead and build Medmo’s Customer Success function, including playbooks, account health scoring, reporting, QBRs, and sales-to-CS handoffs. Manage executive client relationships, drive retention and expansion, demonstrate ROI through performance data, advocate for customers internally, and oversee onboarding, operational reporting, and strategic business reviews across healthcare accounts.

Serve as the first SDR for the US sales team, building enterprise target-account lists and outbound processes from scratch. Engage CISOs and security leaders through multichannel outreach, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, conduct discovery, and establish lead qualification standards. Develop sequences, messaging, scripts, CRM processes, dashboards, and a repeatable SDR playbook. Use AI for research and personalization, evaluate sales tools, maintain data quality, and relay market feedback to Product and Marketing.

Performs budgeting, revenue forecasting, financial analysis, rate-impact studies, expenditure monitoring, cost projections, and financial reporting for a public water agency. Prepares long-term financial models, tracks revenues and expenditures, supports audits, maintains fiscal records, researches municipal finance requirements, and develops recommendations using historical and forecasted data. Collaborates with agency staff, public representatives, and governmental organizations while ensuring compliance with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.

Leads client web and mobile application projects, managing product priorities, project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and performance metrics. Serves as the primary client contact, translates requirements into engineering and design tasks, coordinates cross-functional teams, and improves development, maintenance, and release processes. Ensures client satisfaction, resource alignment, and delivery against business objectives.

Designs and documents telecom and technology systems, including coordinated Revit models, layouts, calculations, specifications, and construction documentation. Coordinates with clients, engineers, contractors, and design partners; leads small projects and supports larger ones. Performs BIM coordination, clash detection, model review, product research, and construction-phase support.
