Own full-cycle recruiting for business-critical roles across multiple functions, from sourcing and screening through offers and closing. Advise hiring managers on role scope, competencies, and interview plans; build diverse talent pipelines; manage candidate experience; maintain accurate ATS data; track recruiting KPIs; and improve scalable hiring processes.

The role supports HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, and SOC 2 compliance, audit readiness, security reporting, client collaboration, and security awareness initiatives.

Leads client-facing HubSpot implementations, designing CRM, automation, data, integration, and RevOps solutions. Builds complex workflows and data models, manages APIs, webhooks, migrations, and third-party integrations, and oversees solution quality. Acts as a primary client contact, leads discovery, sprint planning, UAT, training, backlog prioritization, and client communications while collaborating with delivery teams and delegating technical work.

Owns workforce management and operational performance for a clinician revenue channel, including capacity planning, retention, utilization, credentialing throughput, gross margin, and unit economics. The role analyzes operational and financial data, drives cross-functional improvements, manages clinical review workflows, automates processes, and communicates recommendations to executives. Success includes scaling clinician capacity, improving utilization and retention, meeting revenue and margin goals, and surfacing performance risks early.

Reviews mortgage loan packages, underwriting documentation, data, and fees for regulatory compliance, accuracy, completeness, and salability. Captures and audits loan information, identifies discrepancies and exceptions, researches rebuttals, runs system validations, documents findings, and coordinates with internal teams to resolve issues and meet review timelines.

Manages end-to-end RFP, proposal, budgeting, and contract processes for clinical research clients. Coordinates subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, leads contract negotiations, establishes account-specific standards, mitigates proposal and contracting risks, facilitates client meetings, and maintains accurate documentation and KPI data. Requires knowledge of clinical trial processes, pricing, cash flow, revenue recognition, and contract management in a regulated environment.

Develop and close consultative, subscription-based sales opportunities within assigned enterprise accounts. Prospect across customer organizations, build C-suite and stakeholder relationships, connect business objectives to DigiCert solutions, manage pipelines and forecasts in Salesforce, negotiate agreements, coordinate pre- and post-sales resources, and maintain trusted-advisor relationships. The role requires software or technology sales experience, security-industry knowledge, and a track record of closing multi-year service agreements.

Coordinates government and education-sector proposal development, including tracking opportunities, managing content libraries, drafting and editing submissions, completing forms, maintaining databases, conducting compliance checks, and managing online portals. Supports curriculum alignment matrices, tracks proposal outcomes, documents lessons learned, and collaborates with subject matter experts and internal teams in a deadline-driven environment.
