The Enterprise Account Executive will drive sales by managing the sales process, generating new business, engaging with prospects, and achieving revenue targets.

Sell RTB Houses adtech solutions to enterprise retail/e-commerce clients by owning full sales cycles, building strategic account plans, closing deals, updating CRM, collaborating with technical teams, and traveling domestically up to 20%. Drive new business, nurture relationships, and meet revenue targets.

Lead pricing consultations, analyze large datasets with SQL/Python, validate models, build Excel stress-tests, explain statistical and AI outputs to non-technical stakeholders, and quantify ROI and renewal performance.

Own and grow ACI Learning’s partner ecosystem by recruiting, onboarding, and enabling VARs, MSPs, and distributors. Manage a full quota of new and expansion channel revenue, run pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, perform partner diagnostics and QBRs, and build cross-functional GTM relationships to drive repeatable partner motions and revenue growth.

Provide first-level technical support and customer service, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalate when necessary, document incidents, update customer records, produce activity reports, and recommend process improvements while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Triage incoming support cases, lead short discovery calls, gather logs/screenshots/configuration, write clear handoffs for senior engineers, resolve straightforward product questions and repeatable implementation tasks, maintain ticket hygiene and SLAs, and improve runbooks and intake processes.

Deliver technical product demonstrations and architecture presentations to prospective customers and partners. Assess customers' security policy management maturity, recommend solutions, support sales teams, train partners, collect product feedback, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, and R&D. Provide written and oral product guidance and evangelize solutions at events.
