Consult as an independent accounting and finance executive for growth-stage clients. Provide GAAP-based financial reporting, budgeting, tax/audit support, system design, cash-flow analysis, policy implementation, staff oversight, and mentoring to company teams.

Manage the full post-sale customer journey to drive rapid onboarding, activation, and growth. Monitor usage, re-engage dormant accounts, remove technical blockers, run onboarding playbooks, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate cross-functionally, and use AI/tools to improve efficiency. Success measured by utilization, expansion, time-to-value, and customer advocacy.

Manage and grow consumer brands through sales analysis, go-to-market execution, licensee management, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. Oversee product approvals, merchandising assets, contract tracking, trademark usage, and stakeholder communications to drive distribution and revenue.
