Own full-cycle technical recruiting for Endor Labs’ R&D organization, with emphasis on engineering, infrastructure, security research, and product roles. Build sourcing strategies and pipelines, engage passive candidates, partner with hiring leaders, manage candidate experience, track recruiting metrics, negotiate offers, and improve interview and diversity-sourcing processes. Sell seafood and gourmet provisions to restaurants and chefs through prospecting, cold calling, account management, and consultative selling. Build relationships, meet sales and revenue KPIs, manage orders and forecasts, provide exceptional customer service, and use internal sales systems to grow accounts.

Provide clerical HR support: process personnel documentation and benefits, handle employee inquiries and grievances, assist payroll and recruiting, reconcile billing, coordinate travel, and perform administrative duties to support HR operations.
