Lead Huckleberry’s globally distributed QA organization of 12 engineers across manual and automated testing. Own QA strategy, staffing, standards, quality KPIs, process improvement, and release-readiness decisions. Partner with engineering and product leadership to identify risks, negotiate release trade-offs, reduce post-release defects, and implement shift-left and AI-enabled QA practices. Mentor team members, manage performance, and collaborate with outsourcing partners to scale quality capacity.

The Engineering Manager will oversee core products, guide a high-performing engineering team, ensure quality and performance, and optimize workflows.

Own and execute Huckleberry's social media strategy across platforms: build content systems, manage creative and calendar, lead community management, design measurement frameworks, report insights, and partner cross-functionally to grow brand and engagement.

Lead end-to-end user acquisition and growth across paid and organic channels. Own LTV:CAC, attribution, forecasting, and experiment-driven optimization. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and UX to drive PLG features, ASO, content/SEO, affiliate programs, and referral mechanics while managing a multi-disciplinary growth team.
