Owns the vision, problem framing, roadmap, discovery, experimentation, instrumentation, and reusable workflow capabilities for one or more cross-industry value streams. Owns scaled engagement, lifecycle programs, retention forecasting, renewal operations, customer intelligence, health scoring, AI enablement, and cross-functional customer operations. Builds and manages the Customer Success Operations organization while improving gross and net revenue retention, adoption, expansion, and customer experience through automation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

Build and maintain the pre-sales technology platform, including lead routing, account assignment, territory management, pipeline automation, revenue intelligence, and AI-assisted selling. Integrate Salesforce, marketing automation, AI platforms, data providers, and sales engagement tools.
