Configure integrations, guide clients through testing and go-live, troubleshoot technical issues, manage concurrent projects, and coordinate with Product, Development, Sales, and Support teams. Serve as the Sage 100 subject matter expert, provide technical consultation, track project risks and metrics, and improve implementation processes, documentation, and training materials.
