The Sage 100 B2B Product & Implementation is a specialist role within the Solutions Delivery team, focused on guiding mid-market and enterprise B2B clients through the end-to-end implementation of Nuvei's integrated payment solutions within Sage 100 environments environments. This role carries a primary focus on Sage 100, while maintaining the adaptability to support implementations across other ERP platforms as the business grows.

You will own the implementation lifecycle from kick-off through go-live, acting as the primary technical and functional point of contact for merchants. You will combine hands-on ERP knowledge with a deep understanding of payment workflows, APIs, and integration architecture to ensure every client achieves a smooth and successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Implementation & Onboarding

•       Lead end-to-end B2B client ERP implementations of Nuvei's integrated payment solutions within Sage 100 and other ERP environments.

•       Conduct kick-off calls to align on scope, timeline, technical requirements, and client expectations.

•       Configure, install, and validate Nuvei payment integrations within the client's Sage 100 and existing technology stack.

•       Guide clients through UAT (user acceptance testing), troubleshoot issues, and manage the path to go-live.

Technical Consultation & ERP Expertise

•       Serve as the subject matter expert for Sage 100 integrations, including AR, and payment processing workflows.

•       Apply working knowledge of Sage 100 API process, sync processes, and integration components to diagnose and resolve technical blockers.

•       Leverage understanding of additional ERP platforms (e.g. Acumatica, Dynamics, NetSuite) to support cross-platform implementations as required.

•       Provide integration-specific guidance to internal development and product teams, including clarifications on Sage 100-level functionality.

•       Assist with access to ERP environments and coordinate QA for integrated payment solutions.

Project & Stakeholder Management

•       Manage multiple concurrent B2B implementation projects across different clients.

•       Maintain accurate and timely updates across all ticketing and project management systems (e.g. Jira, ADO, Zen desk).

•       Identify and escalate stalled projects, blockers, or risk items proactively with replication of client steps and a clear road map to go live.

•       Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

•       Report on implementation metrics and project status to the head of solution delivery and other stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•       Work closely with Product and Development teams to flag ERP-specific issues, contribute to feature scoping, and assist with QA on new releases.

•       Partner with Sales to support pre-sales technical questions and review integration-related collateral for accuracy.

•       Collaborate with the Support team to ensure seamless transitions from implementation to ongoing support.

•       Participate in knowledge transfer sessions between Product and Solutions Delivery.

Continuous Improvement

•       Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, tooling, and documentation.

•       Explore automation and workflow efficiency using approved AI and internal tools.

•       Contribute to the development of implementation playbooks, best practice guides, and training materials.

Qualifications

•       2-5+ years of experience in Sage 100 implementation, integration consulting, or a similar technical client-facing role.

•       Hands-on experience with Sage 100, including familiarity with AR and Sales Invoice modules and payment processing workflows.

•       Exposure to or working knowledge of additional ERP platforms such as Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite — willingness to learn new platforms is essential.

•       Technical understanding of APIs, payment gateways, and integration workflows.

•       Experience with ticketing and project management tools (e.g. Jira, Quickbase or similar).

•       Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

•       Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and deliver against deadlines.

•       Ability to use AI technologies to increase efficiency and accelerate get to revenue.
