Manages Pacsun’s email, SMS, and app marketing campaigns from planning through deployment. Responsibilities include campaign calendars, segmentation, customer journeys, financial forecasting, A/B testing, reporting, QA, deliverability compliance, and performance optimization. The role collaborates with merchandising, e-commerce, planning, and brand marketing teams to support sales growth and brand storytelling.

The Digital Project Specialist manages high-priority ecommerce and brand initiatives from planning through post-launch review. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing creative assets and timelines, conducting quality control, resolving scope and resource conflicts, improving workflows, maintaining project management systems, documenting processes, and leading status meetings. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and 1–2 years of marketing coordination experience.

Supports apparel product development by receiving, reviewing, distributing, filing, and tracking samples, lab dips, strike-offs, and production approvals. Manages budgets, procurement, project governance, and vendor relationships while building and developing a high-performing eCommerce technology team.
