The Strategic Sales Director will drive revenue growth by leading complex sales cycles, building executive relationships, and expanding within strategic accounts, primarily targeting Fortune 500 companies.

Partner with enterprise account executives to qualify opportunities, run demos, lead POCs/pilots, translate use cases into technical solutions, run ROI workshops, train users, and relay field feedback to product teams to drive deal closure and adoption.

Provide technical escalation and application support for customers: diagnose and resolve API, telephony, network, server, database, microservice, and container issues; reproduce incidents; document solutions; collaborate with Engineering/Product/Sales; maintain knowledge base; and participate in rotational on-call coverage.

The Staff Machine Learning Engineer will lead AI initiatives, architect LLM systems, design evaluation frameworks, and mentor engineers.

Work with customers to configure and maintain Cresta's Opera platform, identify key moments using keyword/utterance rules, monitor voice analytics trends, produce insight reports, respond to ad hoc analysis requests, and mentor customer analysts to maximize product value.

Own and scale global paid media across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and emerging channels. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end, manage budgets and attribution, partner with Creative and Marketing Ops, leverage AI and audience enrichment tools, analyze performance, and present insights to drive pipeline and revenue.

Own and evolve Cresta.com as a growth engine: define website strategy and roadmap, run CRO and A/B testing programs, manage Webflow CMS operations, oversee localization, partner with agencies and stakeholders, and build analytics and experimentation pipelines to drive MQLs and revenue.

Own partner relationships and enable partners to design, sell, and deliver Cresta solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor and platform expert providing technical presales support, executive presentations, strategic solution design, and enablement assets. Drive partner-led revenue, resolve complex technical challenges, and align cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Engineering) to scale Cresta's partner program and joint customer success.

Own partner relationships and enablement for Crestaplatform, driving onboarding, technical enablement, joint GTM strategies, solution integrations, and revenue acceleration while coordinating Product, Sales, and Services to improve partner performance and adoption.
