Own full sales cycle with aggressive outbound sourcing, in-person selling at least three days/week, relationship management within a two-hour radius, and remote strategies for other accounts. Build scalable distributed systems for Rula’s Marketplace Health Engine, improving provider utilization, marketplace efficiency, and patient access. Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, and Operations; lead technical strategy across teams; design backend services, APIs, and data-intensive systems; drive projects from discovery through post-launch support; solve complex marketplace problems; mentor engineers; and remain hands-on in software development.
