Advise prospects on Billtrust’s invoice-to-cash SaaS solutions through configured demonstrations, requirements gathering, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work. Collaborate with sales, partners, marketing, and development teams to align solutions with customer needs, resolve complex issues, manage scope, and support new-business opportunities. Use AI tools to accelerate demo configuration and proposal drafting while applying deep credit, collections, accounts receivable, and invoice-to-cash expertise.

Leads a team of Payment Sales Executives driving payments revenue across existing customers and new-logo sales. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, go-to-market strategy, payments market expertise, sales enablement, cross-functional partnership, process improvement, and AI-enabled sales operations. The role requires deep B2B payments knowledge, including ACH, merchant services, interchange, and card brands, plus expertise presenting ROI and credit card statement analyses.

The role will overhaul product launch discipline, build AI-accelerated marketing workflows, develop buyer and segment messaging, measure pipeline and revenue impact, and recruit and develop a high-performing product marketing team. The VP partners closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership in the B2B payments and accounts receivable software market.
