Perform strategic financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the Intelligence & Sensing business unit, including EAC contract profitability, cash flow and balance sheet management, AOP/LRSP support, monthly/quarterly deliverables, ad-hoc profitability analyses, risk/opportunity assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Develop and coordinate integrated master plans and schedules, ensure cross-functional schedule integration, track progress using EVM and other techniques, perform risk and critical-path analysis, identify and resolve logic conflicts, and support program leadership to meet business management objectives.

Design, build, and operate secure CI/CD pipelines and IaC for space systems in SCIF environments. Automate cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes, OpenStack), ensure monitoring and availability, mentor DevOps teammates, document procedures, and support mission-critical on‑prem and cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and operational tooling.

Design, implement, and maintain high-availability campus and enterprise networks. Deploy and commission Cisco core equipment, coordinate cabling, provide Tier 2/3 WAN/LAN/SD‑WAN troubleshooting, enforce network security policies per NIST, liaise with vendors, produce design packages, execute upgrades and maintain CMDB documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Design, implement, and maintain Cisco unified communications and VoIP systems (CUCM, CUBE, UCCX, VTC). Develop dial plans, configure SIP trunking, monitor/optimize voice/video quality, perform upgrades/patches, provide third-level troubleshooting, documentation, training, and support complex deployments. Collaborate cross-functionally and meet SLA requirements; onsite work and occasional after-hours support required.

Lead development and integration of modeling, simulation, and analysis tools for defense systems. Build simulation frameworks, performance models, GUIs, and visualization tools; model operational environments; perform mission effectiveness, survivability/lethality, and trade-study analyses. Provide blue/red CONOPS, tactics, and mission engineering across air/ground/space domains; synthesize stakeholder input and present results to leadership.
