Provide senior-level administrative support for Global Creative Advertising: manage A/V, print and digital campaign materials, coordinate schedules and meetings, prepare creative assets and transcripts, maintain secure media transfer and databases, process purchase orders and expenses, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and ensure timely, confidential handling of high-profile film materials.

Design high-volume entertainment marketing and franchise creative across social, digital, AV, OOH, events, merchandise, and streaming. Concept and execute campaign assets, maintain visual consistency, prepare production-ready files, collaborate with stakeholders, and guide external vendors to support franchise growth and platform-native formats.

Lead cross-functional M&A integrations, separations, divestitures, and strategic programs from diligence through post-close. Build governance, track milestones and synergies, coordinate global stakeholders, produce executive materials, and improve integration playbooks and KPIs to ensure Day 1 readiness and value capture.
