Manages workers’ compensation claims support operations, overseeing claims lifecycle compliance, performance metrics, service quality, cost reduction, and customer outcomes. Leads claims supervisors and professionals through hiring, coaching, performance management, workload planning, and development. Partners with underwriting, risk, safety, quality, training, policyholders, brokers, medical providers, and legal partners to improve claims resolution and operational excellence. Supports audits, strategic initiatives, process improvements, and regulatory compliance across a multi-state claims environment.

Leads strategic direction, lifecycle management, development, pricing, compliance, and performance of insurance products. Partners with underwriting, actuarial, marketing, legal, compliance, claims, distribution, and technology teams to develop roadmaps, analyze profitability and market trends, implement product and regulatory changes, and drive growth and operational objectives across jurisdictions.

Coordinates insurance product solution projects from requirements through implementation and post-production support. Partners with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, IT, PMO, and business stakeholders to manage rates, rules, forms, regulatory filings, dependencies, resources, UAT, testing, deployments, issues, and project communications.

Handles moderately complex workers’ compensation claims from investigation through resolution. Responsibilities include gathering information, determining exposure, managing reserves and benefit payments, negotiating settlements, coordinating litigation with defense counsel, preparing status reports, maintaining regulatory compliance, and communicating with policyholders, attorneys, agents, claimants, and regulators.
