Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for Presidio’s Managed Services portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing opportunities; managing quotas, forecasts, and pipelines; advising enterprise and commercial clients; coordinating with technical, delivery, operations, and marketing teams; developing account and market strategies; maintaining executive relationships; and supporting regional sales leadership.

The role translates business requirements into maintainable technical designs while improving automation, platform reliability, operational efficiency, and customer outcomes.

Drive Cisco services contract renewals and upsells for SLED accounts: create renewal quotes, manage contract inventory, support Enterprise Agreement cycles, coordinate with Account Executives, Cisco, and cross-functional teams, process orders, track bookings, and deliver QBRs to grow renewal revenue and Services EA adoption.

Serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams by gathering requirements, documenting functional specifications, modeling processes, and conducting gap and impact analyses. Partners with architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver ERP, CRM, PSA, and portal solutions.
