The Producer will enhance the Tennis Channel's podcast by developing content strategies, managing production processes, and driving audience engagement across multiple platforms.

The Tech Assistant will support live remote sports broadcasting by setting up and maintaining production equipment, troubleshooting issues, managing inventory, and providing technical support during events. Frequent travel is required to various event locations.

Develop scalable backend systems for a Direct-to-Consumer platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create reliable services for live streaming and content management.

Own and execute integrated co-marketing programs with distribution partners to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across CTV/FAST/MVPD platforms. Coordinate asset workflows, optimize campaign performance using analytics, produce executive reporting and partner recaps, ensure promotional delivery and contractual obligations, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes and support audience and revenue growth.

Lead cross-platform research by integrating ratings, syndicated and proprietary data (including Nielsen) to produce actionable analyses and tournament presentations. Advise on sports media trends and rights, respond to ad-hoc requests, identify research best practices, and manage/develop a junior analytics team to inform strategic decisions across Tennis Channel platforms and clients.

This role oversees the execution of Tennis Channel's brand across various physical and presentation touchpoints, ensuring consistency and quality. Responsibilities include managing brand applications, collaborating with teams, and maintaining organized files.

Shoot, produce, and edit short- and long-form social-first video across platforms. Capture high-quality footage with mobile and camera rigs, direct talent, manage studio and field shoots, create motion graphics/text treatments, optimize edits for platform performance, and manage media workflows and deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Manage end-to-end production operations for studio and field shoots: logistics, crew staffing, equipment and inventory, scheduling, on-set technical support, troubleshooting, budgeting, and administrative tasks from pre-production through wrap.

Produce and manage weekly and limited-run scripted documentary podcasts: research cases, develop stories and scripts, conduct interviews, prepare hosts, oversee editors and associate producers, manage workflows and recording logistics, collaborate with video/social/marketing teams, ensure fact-checking and legal review, and track audience metrics to inform editorial decisions.

Lead media operations for acquisition and distribution of media assets, manage team, oversee cloud migration, ensure workflow efficiency.
