Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and backend applications, public REST APIs, automated testing frameworks, and cloud-native services. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, document root causes and operational procedures, and collaborate with distributed engineering teams to deliver fleet-management platforms.

Manage merchant and POS vendor certification lifecycles from initiation through production release. Create and troubleshoot technical test scripts, configure payment test environments, establish secure connectivity, query SQL databases, validate transaction data, support post-launch stabilization, resolve authorization and terminal issues, and ensure compliance with payment interface specifications. Lead stakeholder meetings and identify opportunities for AI-assisted diagnostics and process automation.

Drive partner activation and transaction volume for Tech/SaaS and AP automation partners by serving as an embedded payments SME, coaching partner sales teams, co-selling on complex deals, and translating integration and financial concepts into clear customer value propositions.
