Leads Match Group’s Growth Technology organization across MarTech engineering, marketing data foundations, technical program management, and organic growth. Sets strategy, roadmap, investment priorities, and build-versus-buy decisions while managing a multidisciplinary team. Oversees marketing measurement, audience activation, experimentation, AI-powered automation, performance intelligence, SEO, ASO, GEO, and AI Search capabilities. Partners with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI/ML leaders to scale growth platforms across a global portfolio of consumer brands.

Investigate and resolve complex member escalations involving trust and safety, support policies, fraud, abuse, sensitive content, bugs, and app functionality. Enforce community guidelines and terms of service, coordinate with Engineering and cross-functional teams, gather user feedback, manage high-pressure cases, and contribute to process improvements across Match Group’s dating platforms.

Analyze marketing and business performance using SQL, statistics, econometric modeling, Bayesian regression, causal inference, and A/B testing. Build marketing measurement models, integrate customer and event data, develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards, evaluate marketing spend, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize growth. Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and executives across multiple brands.

The Principal AI Learning & Enablement Partner will drive AI adoption across Match Group by creating an AI learning roadmap, partnering with leaders, and enabling employees. They will create practical applications of AI in the workplace and track usage and engagement for impactful outcomes.

Leads qualitative consumer research, creative testing, cultural trend analysis, brand health tracking, and insight development for Tinder’s global marketing strategy. Translates consumer and cultural intelligence into brand positioning, messaging, feature naming, campaign direction, and go-to-market recommendations. Partners with Brand, Creative, Social, PR, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Product Research teams while serving as a strategic advisor and storyteller.

Build and maintain MarTech across mobile clients and backend: instrument iOS/Android apps, handle privacy/consent and event delivery, build APIs and marketing tooling, manage programmatic ad workflows, and develop AI/agent-ready marketing infrastructure and tooling.

Lead architecture and implementation of MarTech measurement, attribution SDKs (iOS/Android), server-side event delivery, and marketing operations tooling. Own roadmap, set standards, build APIs/services, and enable AI-native marketing workflows across Match Group brands.

Lead social, creators, partnerships, and content for 2-3 Match Group brands: spot trends, ideate and produce short-form and static content (shoot/edit), manage creators and IRL activations, run day-to-day social publishing and community work, partner cross-functionally, measure KPIs, and protect brand trust.

Build and maintain consumer-facing iOS features for the Tinder app. Contribute to architecture, shared frameworks, analytics tooling, auth/account management, and collaborate with product, design, and data teams. Mentor teammates and improve app quality with testing and scalable code.

Design, develop, and operate scalable, resilient distributed backend services (Kubernetes/ECS). Collaborate across teams to expand the service platform, influence product roadmap, mentor peers, and build systems that handle very high traffic. Apply strong CS fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and practical engineering judgment to ambiguous requirements and prioritize execution.
