Manage consolidated ASC 740 income tax provision and SEC tax disclosures, prepare and review US federal/state tax returns, analyze deferred taxes and uncertain tax positions, support audits, SOX controls, and international tax issues (GILTI, Subpart F, FDII, BEAT, FTC).

Serve as a senior technical overlay for CSEs/CSSs and Sales, providing deep Veeam product and domain expertise (security, cloud, AI). Lead solution design reviews, readiness assessments, telemetry-based risk/maturity modeling, architecture validation, and engage CIO/CISO stakeholders to accelerate adoption, de-risk implementations, and drive expansion across enterprise accounts.

Lead GTM strategy for Veeam's SMB and Mid-Market segments: define segmentation, positioning, messaging, launches, and scalable enablement. Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Demand Gen, Channel, and Regional teams to drive pipeline, adoption, expansion, and competitive wins while establishing measurement and operational best practices.

Drive large deals by increasing deal sizes, improving sales cycles, and implementing effective selling strategies in the software industry. Develop client relationships, conduct meetings, and negotiate terms with commercial enterprises while maintaining strong channel partnerships.
