Provide first-contact technical support for self-serve clients on the StackAdapt platform via phone, chat, and email. Partner with North American revenue teams to provide commercial finance support: review and approve deals, build financial models and business cases, deliver profitability and forecasting analysis, coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Revenue Operations and Legal, and develop reporting tools to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Provide legal support for commercialization and product development of an AI-powered ad tech platform: draft and negotiate commercial agreements, manage IP portfolio and complex IP litigation, advise on AI, data, and privacy matters, counsel product teams on compliance and IP protection, and develop automated legal workflows.

Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ML algorithms to optimize StackAdapt's digital advertising platform. Collaborate with teams to solve complex problems.

Lead and grow a regional sales team (4-8 AEs) as a player-coach: hire, train, mentor, and support AEs in closing and expanding mid-market agency and brand accounts. Use programmatic ad tech expertise and sales tools to drive revenue, travel to support deals, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and performance.

Lead go-to-market strategy and positioning for a multi-channel marketing orchestration suite. Partner with product, sales, and client teams to drive adoption, create sales enablement, gather customer insights, measure product ROI, and use generative AI to scale enablement and assets.
