Customer-facing senior applications engineer supporting space communication products. Provide technical guidance, troubleshoot hardware/software anomalies, author application notes/manuals, transfer customer feedback to product teams, and support integration from marketing through in-orbit operations. Requires deep RF, FPGA, DSP, embedded software, and high-speed digital expertise.
