Manage five-week customer implementations from kickoff through go-live. Coordinate project materials, schedules, risks, working sessions, office hours, and customer check-ins. Demonstrate software best practices, troubleshoot ServiceTitan and integrated application issues, and maintain strong customer relationships while managing multiple implementation activities.
