Lead design, analysis, and development of turbine systems for rocket turbopumps. Collaborate with propulsion, manufacturing, test, and integration teams to develop, test, and iterate Aeon-R engine systems from concept to launch. Solve complex turbopump issues, support development and testing, and implement industry-standard design and assembly practices.

Lead quality and reliability for Terran R components by embedding reliability into design and production. Develop processes, controls, inspections, DFM practices, nonconformance and corrective action workflows, and coordinate in-process verification while partnering with engineering, additive, manufacturing, test, and launch teams to scale a robust quality system.

Design, route, and integrate electrical wire harnesses for the Terran R avionics system from concept through production. Collaborate across disciplines to define architectures and requirements, produce 3D/2D designs, validate via prototyping and test campaigns, and support vehicle-level integration, checkouts, and test planning.

Design, build, integrate, and validate electromechanical ground support and test systems for vehicle engine and launch operations. Collaborate with avionics, propulsion, structures, test, and software teams, oversee fabrication and bring-up, author ICDs and release drawings, and ensure compliance with safety and ground-systems standards.

Own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery for high-volume subassemblies. Develop build flows, work instructions, and test procedures. Support first-article builds, provide hands-on floor support, resolve non-conformances, coordinate cross-functional teams, and contribute to long-term manufacturing systems and tooling strategies to scale production.
