Manage and grow a portfolio of SLED (state, local, higher education) accounts by driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Serve as a technical and strategic advisor on password and identity security, conduct business reviews, troubleshoot customer issues, and collaborate with internal teams to meet revenue quotas.

Drive new business within assigned geography/vertical through cold outreach and full sales-cycle management. Meet quotas, build pipeline, demo products, use Salesforce to track activity, and facilitate proposal reviews while acting as a Keeper product expert.

Drive growth through strategic MSP, MSSP, and Telco partner relationships. Build and execute joint business plans, identify upsell/renewal opportunities, train and enable partner teams, forecast pipeline, and coach junior ISRs while coordinating cross-functional resources to expand recurring revenue.
